Calm to Connect

This group is for those looking to learn a little about meditation and how increased awareness can impact your life. Take time to calm your nervous system and connect with your inner resources to better cope with life challenges. Drop-in the 1st Wednesday of every month, 12 – 1 pm in the CMHA Green Classroom; no registration is required.
